THURSDAY, April 12 | 6:30pm
Biltmore Hotel, Santa Clara

ASCCA has been fortunate to be represented for many years by an excellent legal and lobbying firm, managed by Jack Molodanof, Esq.

Jack works very closely with the ASCCA Government Affairs Committee and their joint efforts have had a huge impact and continue to protect the independent automotive aftermarket from legislation that could have negatively impacted our members and small  business owners. The ASCCA Government Affairs Committee, with Jack’s guidance, studies every piece of legislation, recommends positions on legislation and takes action on behalf of the independent automotive aftermarket industry.

Jack also supports the California Autobody Association (CAA), and their members have been invited to attend this event. The California Autobody Association (CAA) is a non-profit trade association comprised of over 1,000 individual and independent businesses within the automobile collision repair industry. The mission of the California Autobody Association is to enable the auto body industry to survive and prosper by helping its members produce a quality repair for the consumer at a fair price for a fair profit.
