ASCCA’s State Government Affairs Committee is charged with the responsibility of increased credibility and influence in government and regulatory affairs. This Committee, Chaired by ASCCA Member Dave Kusa, Owner, AutoTrend Diagnostics, does that through its constant review of new and pending legislation and regulations, working with our Association lobbyist and legislative advocate Jack Molodanof.

Jack T. Molodanof, a business law attorney and lobbyist, has distinguished himself in the areas of legislative, regulatory and public service. Mr. Molodanof is a state registered lobbyist and is a highly respected and trusted advisor to many local and state government officials.

Mr. Molodanof is president of Molodanof Government Relations, a Sacramento-based government and political affairs firm specializing in government relations, advocacy, community relations, and lobbying. Mr. Molodanof is an attorney representing trade associations with emphasizes on general business transactions and small business issues — he has worked with the ASCCA for decades as an advocate, providing guidance and information for our Members, the Association, and the automotive industry.
