What’s Holding You Back?
What are the reasons your business isn’t growing?
You may have a great shop, outstanding customer service and a steady flow of customers, but if each year the numbers look the same, your business has stalled. This sort of predicament can only sustain a flat-line in growth for so long before it begins to die.
When this plateau occurs, a common knee-jerk reaction may be to get more aggressive with marketing or look for an infusion of capital to reinvest in your business. However, before you invest more in marketing or take on unnecessary debt, consider the fact that you may be too close to the situation to effectively determine how to move forward, even if you know what it is that is holding you back. We have the answer—Speed Mastermind Groups!
About Speed Mastermind Groups
There is synergy of energy, commitment, and excitement that participants bring to a Mastermind Group. The beauty of Mastermind Groups is that participants raise the bar by challenging each other to create and implement goals, brainstorm ideas, and support each other with total honesty, respect and compassion. Mastermind participants act as catalysts for growth, devil’s advocates and supportive colleagues.
The concept of the Mastermind Group was formally introduced by Napoleon Hill in the early 1900’s. In his timeless classic, “Think And Grow Rich” he wrote about the Mastermind principle as: “The coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony. No two minds ever come together without thereby creating a third, invisible intangible force, which may be likened to a third mind.”
In our Speed Mastermind Groups, the agenda belongs to the group, and each person’s participation is key. You bring your issue to the table and your peers give you feedback, help you brainstorm new possibilities, and set up accountability structures that keep you focused and on track. In this community of supportive colleagues, we will brainstorm together to move our tablemates to new heights. You’ll gain tremendous insights, which can improve your business and personal life. Your Mastermind Group is like having a objective board of directors.
How it works: At the tables, you will have 5 uninterrupted minutes to share your situation, explain what you’ve already done, what has and has not worked, and what you’re hoping for as an end result. Your tablemates will then spend 5 minutes providing you with suggestions, best practices, tips, and other suggestions for how to move your situation forward. Tablemates will take notes for you so that you are able to listen and absorb the feedback. Don’t miss this session—who knows this industry better than other ASCCA members anyway?
